The good news is you don't have to do it alone. Working with a therapist provides you a judgement free zone to address your situation. This involves gaining different perspectives, learning new skills and getting down to the root of the issues.

Therapy doesn't look the same for everyone. With that in mind, our sessions are tailored to your need. Our work together is to explore and unpack the challenges, while creating strategies to get you closer to your goals.

I offer individual services to those 18 and older; I do not offer couples, family, or group therapy at this time.
AVIATION PROFESSIONALS
Addressing mental health needs with an understanding of the unique demands in both professional and personal areas. While the profession can present obstacles for seeking help, we will work together on removing those barriers.
INSURANCES ACCEPTED
I am currently in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford and United Healthcare. I use Headway to manage all of our billing services related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. Once an appointment is scheduled, the Headway team will reach out via email to help you set up your account and add your insurance and payment details. You’ll see your cost/session ahead of time and can check your benefits anytime.
*Please note insurances are only applicable to Texas residents at this time.
PRIVATE PAY RATES
60 minute initial session: $150
50 minute follow up sessions: $125

All new inquiries receive a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure that our services are the right fit for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours notice of cancellation is required. If a client does not call to reschedule or cancel and does not attend the appointment, they will be charged at the private pay rate. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of $75 will be charged.
OUT OF NETWORK (OON)
If you have a different PPO plan with out of network benefits, a superbill (invoice for services) can be provided upon request after payment is received. This allows you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement or to count towards your deductible. It is recommended you contact your insurance prior to this to verify OON coverage.
